Acclaimed Cheshire Restaurant Plans Major Expansion: Report

CHESHIRE, CT — Acclaimed Cheshire restaurant Viron Rondo Osteria is planning a third major expansion that will add 30,000 square feet of space and double the size of its outdoor dining, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reports the latest expansion includes adding 3,000 square feet to the kitchen space, two new dining rooms, another bar and rooftop garden, and more.

Owner Viron Rondo told the Register he’s still planning the work and hasn’t filed a formal application yet.
