Popular Strawberry Festival & Craft Fair Returns In Cheshire: Here’s What To Know

The annual event, hosted by the First Congregational Church of Cheshire, will feature food, music, crafters and the Community Expo.

CHESHIRE, CT — The First Congregational Church of Cheshire will host its annual Cheshire Strawberry Festival and Craft Fair on Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the historic church green in the town’s center.

“Last year, as we celebrated our 300th anniversary, and as we head into our fourth century, it’s truly a joy to continue bringing the community together, inviting everyone to connect, support our local makers, and savor fresh strawberry treats as we embrace these incredible summer months, alive with vibrancy and celebration,” Rev. Dr. James Campbell, Senior Minister, First Congregational Church of Cheshire, said in a news release.

Artisan Crafters & Community Expo

Visitors can browse juried booths featuring handcrafted items — perfect for unique gifts and keepsakes — while the Cheshire Community Expo showcases local businesses and organizations sharing their services and offerings.

Delicious Foods

Festival-goers will savor classic summer fare, including grilled hamburgers and hot dogs with all the fixings, chocolate‑covered strawberries, fresh strawberry shortcake, popcorn, and more. A variety of beverages and snacks will be available to complement every palate.
