Gingerbread Builds on Cheshire History
Gingerbread-making experts build a replica of St. Peter's Church.
A replica of the 250-year-old building has been preserved in the holiday spirit! It's been rendered out of gingerbread!
Expert gingerbread makers Diane and David Calabro built the structure complete with melted candy windows which glow when lit from inside. The resulting display is 24 tall and weighs 50 pounds!
The artful piece was on display at the annual open house on Sunday. It was then carefully moved to St. Peter's for its members to enjoy during advent.
