Meriden Police report that the missing teen girl has been found safe.   Liann Hall, 14, had last been seen at her home on Monday night. An updated report from Meriden police indicates she was found in Meriden Wednesday afternoon, having run away from her foster mother's home. A canine unit had been involved in the search, police said.
