The owners are investing $700,000 into the renovation of a former popular catering business for the new restaurant, according to a report.

CHESHIRE, CT — A new steak and seafood restaurant is expected to open next month in Cheshire, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reports restaurant veterans Enzo Beskovic and Fico Cecunjanin are opening Bone In Prime at the former home of Perfectly Prepared at 1410 Highland Ave. in Cheshire.

Perfectly Prepared, a catering business described as a "gourmet-to-go take-out store," closed last October after the owners said the coronavirus pandemic proved to be "too much."
