Second Son for U.S. Rep. Chris Murphy of Cheshire

U.S Rep. Christopher Murphy, D-5, has announced he and his wife Cathy welcomed a second son to the family last week.

As luck would have it, the baby, named Rider James Murphy, was born on the auspicious day of Nov. 11, 2011.

On his Facebook page, Murphy said his new son weighed 7 pounds, seven ounces and arrived about a month early.

Owen is excited, and has already said he'll share his fire trucks (but his trains are off limits)," Murphy wrote in his post.
