Danbury Man Charged With Writing Bad Check: Wilton Police

The incident occurred in January of 2016, according to police.

WILTON, CT — A Danbury man was arrested in Stamford on a warrant for allegedly issuing a bad check in Wilton Monday. Police say the incident took place in January of 2016.

Raul Alfonso Lemus Soc, 32, was picked up by Wilton Police Monday and was arrested for the charge of issuing a bad check over $2000.

He did not enter a plea at arraignment and was released on a promise to appear.
