The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until convicted in court.
Danbury Police charged Erika Potenziani, 32, of Danbury, with operating a car with a suspended license Monday at about 11 a.m. Potenziani is scheduled to respond to this charge in Danbury Superior Court on Sept. 14.
