Danbury Police: DUI, DUI

Danbury Police charged Edgar Matute, 32, of James Street, Danbury, with driving under the influence and failure to carry a registration and insurance. He was driving without a license, police said. Matute was held on a $1,000 bond.

Raul Caceres, 39, of Wooster Street, Danbury, was charged with driving under the influence and following too closely following an incident in Danbury Friday at about 9 p.m. Caceres was released on a $2,500 bond for court on Oct. 11.
