Danbury Police: Evading
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Joseph Nesci, 64, of Chauteau Drive, Peekskill, NY, was charged on a Danbury Superior Court warrant with evading responsibility. Nesci was released on a $500 bond for a court date of Oct. 17. The charge arose from a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of 3 Brothers Diner on White Street on Aug. 30. Nesci was charged Friday.
