Danbury Police: First-Degree Larceny
This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been found guilty in court.

Danbury Police charged Brian Fitzpatrick, 39, of Wolcott with first-degree larceny and second-degree forgery on Thursday, charges that arose from checks police said Fitzpatrick wrote from a neighbor's check book.
Police said Fitzpatrick took checks from inside his neighbor's check book and in total may have written $10,000 worth of checks over time. Fitzpatrick was held on a $2,500 bond. He was arraigned in Danbury Superior Court Thursday.
