Shots Fired on Mill Plain Road
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Danbury Police charged Felipe Rosa, 23, Division Street, Danbury, with numerous charges after police witnessed him fire a handgun into the air on Mill Plain Road at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday.
Police charged Rosa with unlawful discharge of a firearm (9mm handgun,) criminal possession of a handgun and possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Police also charged him with carrying a weapon in a motor vehicle, breach of peace, possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon within 1,500 feet of a schoool and reckless endangerment. Rosa was held on a $10,000 bond.
