The Mystery Behind "ANDBACK LLC" and Morgan Point

The mystery of ANDBACK LLC is one that many in Morgan Point are trying to figure out who is behind the recent clearing of land at 107-109 Old Town Highway. For years this property has been the sanctuary to birds, deer, frogs and other delicate species and the owners just went ahead without a sign posted notifying the neighborhood that there would be potential development on the land.

We've seen this before in this neighborhood! Land cleared and storage containers propped up. Chairs and patios assembled on land that were litigated not to be built on but yet these land owners just do as they wish. They send the lawyers to the ZBA and Zoning meetings trying to get their way but it's the strong neighborhood that takes a stand and stops them in their tracks.

Just because you own a piece of land doesn't give you the right to do as you wish when you live in a neighborhood ANDBACK LLC!!! We have rules and ordinances that you must follow and consideration for wildlife is one of them.

Its obvious to us in Morgan Point that these ANDBACK LLC people know how to play the system and do this work on weekends when the Town is not working or paying attention. Maybe the Town should have Zoning enforcement working on weekends to catch these people!

If you're walking by the property take pictures of the people doing the work. If there are trucks note down their names and provide videos as proof to the Town. Just yesterday they were cutting down trees!
