Scratch Ticket’s Top Lottery Prize Sold In East Haven

EAST HAVEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

An East Haven resident won $10,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket that was sold at A F Forbes Inc. at 863 North High St. in East Haven, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
