Police Caution Motorists About Icy, Dangerous Road Conditions
East Haven police are warning drivers to use extreme caution.
EAST HAVEN, CT — Be careful out there, folks.
East Haven police took to social media to warn drivers about hazardous road conditions.
"Multiple reports coming in of extremely icy road conditions," police wrote. "Please use caution while traveling today and give yourselves extra room in front of you to be able to slow and come to a stop safely."

Connecticut State Police say that if people must drive, to drive slowly, keep headlights on and make sure there's plenty of space between you and other drivers.
