Ceremonies Set For Memorial Day Weekend In Fairfield

This year's theme celebrates the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army, Navy and Marine Corps.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The schedule of celebrations in Fairfield for Memorial Day Weekend has been set, according to organizers:

  • Sea Ceremony at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, at South Benson Marina
  • Military Remembrance Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church (Stratfield Road) at noon on Sunday, May 25
  • Fairfield Memorial Day Parade steps off at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 26, from the corner of Post & South Pine Creek roads
