No
Previous public office, appointive or elective:
Currently the Chairman of the Conservation Committee and the Inland Wetlands Agency. I am also one of the Town's Hearing Officers
Why are you seeking this office?
To play a small role in the future of our town.
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
over-development and affordable housing.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
My knowledge of the subject matter and experience in the field which includes my knowledge gained from the Conservation commission/ Inland Wetlands Agency and my practice includes client representation in front of various land use boards and commissions.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
The need to have a comprehensive discussion on 8-30g and what we can do as a town to tackle the issue of affordable housing.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
As mentioned, I am currently the Chairman of the Conservation Commission and the Inland Wetlands Agency. I have been on the Commission /Agency for over five years. The experience and knowledge gained there will assist and guide me as a TPZ commission member.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
"Always read and follow the directions"
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I think being dedicated to your role is important and one must have the best interests of the community front and center when making decisions that will affect the community.
