No

Previous public office, appointive or elective:
Yes- Currently on the Fire Commission for the last 3 years.

Why are you seeking this office?
I absolutely love Fairfield. This is the best town in the county and greatest place to raise a family. I want to continue to serve and give back to our community.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
Ensuring the town grows in a coordinated, cost effective, and positive way that maintains the integrity of the community. I will bring the stakeholders together to plan for the ideal development of our neighborhoods.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
My time on the Fire Commission has shown me how Republicans, Democrats, and Unaffiliated party members can work together to better the town services. I also worked in high level positions at one of the largest financial institutions in the world. There I made difficult decisions to control costs while maintaining a growth mindset. In my time serving in the Marine Corps I learned what service to country represents and try to live each day to this standard. Having 5 kids all enrolled in multiple Fairfield schools has given me a unique perspective to different families and their needs.
Finally, my wife Julie is an amazing partner and person who has guided me to create better outcomes on numerous occasions.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
We need to keep our schools operating at a high standard. We have to focus on the traffic and terrible congestion that emerges during business rush hours. We need to focus on affordability and keeping our taxes as low as possible to help lower the cost of living.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I have managed a $50mm revenue business with over with 75 employees and cut costs and increased profitability during that time. I have trained hundreds of employees to find their full potential. I was the President of a local HOA of over 500 homes for 3 years and collaborated to fix their finances and improve the quality of life in that community. I have coached the youth of Fairfield for 13 straight years in baseball, basketball, football and rugby. I know what it means to raise a family here and what this town means to all of us.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
We can only arrive at our destination together. This means we need to collaborate on achieving our common goals. We can only improve our community if we work together on our issues.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
We need to come closer together as a community. Unity for a common purpose will alleviate many of the problems we face. Our town is amazing and with the collective work of the RTM we can improve the standard we all inherited.
