Why are you seeking this office?
For some time now, I’ve felt a strong desire to get involved in our community — to give back and, hopefully, make a positive impact. I’m committed to helping ensure our town remains not only a place we can all be proud of, but also one of the best places to live and raise a family.
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
One of the reasons I chose to join this Board was to make a meaningful difference in how our town develops and maintains its zoning — ensuring that growth never compromises the integrity of what makes Fairfield such a wonderful place.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I can only say that I will bring my full dedication, integrity, and effort to this position. I believe my decades of experience as a realtor, along with my lifelong, firsthand knowledge of construction, will be a valuable asset to the Board and our community.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
One of the most pressing issues, in my view, is how our town is changing. I want to play an active role in ensuring that growth and development do not come at the expense of the charm and beauty that have long been Fairfield’s greatest assets
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
While I don’t mean to be repetitive, I truly believe that my background in design, construction, and real estate uniquely positions me to contribute meaningfully to this role.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
The best advice I’ve ever received — and the principle I strive to live by — is to always be honest, trustworthy, work hard toward your goals, and treat everyone with respect.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I want voters to know that my values — deeply rooted in my upbringing and especially shaped by my Italian grandparents — have always guided me, and they will continue to do so if I’m elected to this position.
