Farmington Forum To Promote A Good, Healthy Posture
The Farmington Library, Thursday, March 6, is hosting a noted massage therapist/poster expert who will help folks gain flexibility.
FARMINGTON, CT — Good posture is more than just lifting with your legs (not your back) and sitting up straight.
And a free program at the Farmington Library, 6 Monteith Drive, Farmington, will prove that.
At 6 p.m., the library is hosting posture expert Mary Hoyer for an "experiential workshop" where guests can "find out for yourself."
