It will take place at noon and it will be a special cooking demonstration with Chef Gil Negron.
Masonicare at Middlewoods of Farmington offers independent and assisted living and is located at 509 Middle Road in Farmington.

"Attendees will receive instructions on preparing delicious, heart-healthy recipes in time for their Valentine’s Day celebrations," wrote Masonicare recently in an announcement.
Guests will be able to choose between a seared salmon with arugula and a mixed green salad or cranberry pork with sweet potato and grilled asparagus.
