Local Alzheimer's Caregivers Get Support At Farmington Facility
The assisted living facility is hosting a support group for caregivers starting Thursday, Jan. 18.
FARMINGTON, CT — A local assisted living facility has created a support group for caregivers aiding a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease.
Called "Hearts, Hugs & Hope: An Alzheimer’s Support Group," it is being offered by Farmington Station Senior Living on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 6 p.m. at Farmington Station Assisted Living and Memory Care, 111 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington.
"Dealing with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia isn't easy, so it is helpful to share your concerns and personal experiences with others who completely understand what you're going through,"

This group is being offered both in person and via Zoom.
