Major Company Merger Announced In Farmington
Two family-run companies have merged in Farmington to become one, larger organization.

FARMINGTON, CT — Two family-owned financial services companies in Farmington announced this month they are merging to become one, single wealth management firm.
According to a recent release from both parties, RGB Financial and Tunxis Wealth Management are joining together. The joint company will operate under the RGB Financial name.
Both practices are family-owned, with multiple generations involved in their operations.

Officials at RGB and Tunxis said the merger is a "natural next step forward, ensuring that their clients continue to receive the exceptional service they have come to expect."
RGB Financial is led by Jennifer Chase, David Brochu, and Robert Brochu.

Meanwhile, Tunxis Wealth Management will be led by Gary Tasillo and Mike Schloss under the RGB Financial name.
Following this merger, the firm will have approximately $850 million in assets under management.
With this merger, RGB Financial will have nine financial advisors and a total of 14 employees.
The office will be located at the existing RGB Financial location at 6 Executive Drive, Suite 103 in Farmington. It will soon be expanded to 7,000 square feet.
