2 Being Held In Connection With Glastonbury Vehicle Break-Ins
Glastonbury cops have made two arrests related to vehicle incidents in town.

GLASTONBURY, CT β Glastonbury police have made two arrests in connection with local springtime vehicle break-ins.
Both were served warrants last week remained in custody Wednesday on $50,000 bonds.
Anthony Murphy, 18, of Hartford, was arrested on a warrant connected to the theft of a vehicle from a Glastonbury residence on May 1, police said. He has been charged with first-degree larceny, second-degree criminal trover and conspiracy charges related to payment card theft, attempt at first-degree larceny and attempting to make illegal purchases with a revoked payment card.

Murphy is due in court for the second time on Sept. 27, judicial system records show.
The arrest of Isaias Mendez, 20, of Bristol, was related to the theft of a vehicle and several vehicle burglaries that took place in Glastonbury on May 27, police said.

Mendez has been charged with second-degree larceny and two counts of third-degree burglary.
He is due for his second court appearance on Sept. 23, records show.
