GLASTONBURY, CT — An arrest has been made in connection with a 2021 gas station burglary in Glastonbury, police said.

On July 8, Glastonbury Police arrested Carmello Silva, Jr., 35, of Hartford, via a warrant at Manchester Superior Court for charges that include third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, and criminal mischief in the first degree, an arrest repot shows.

The warrant stemmed from the burglary of a gas station on Hebron Ave in Glastonbury on Sept. 8, 2021, according to an arrest report.

Silva has remained in Department of Corrections custody since the arrest on a $5,000 bond and is due inm court on July 24, judicial system records show.
