Three arrested after stolen vehicle detected by license plate reader in Newington (wfsb.com) — A Glastonbury resident is among three people arrested after Newington police used a license plate reader to locate a reported stolen vehicle in a Stop & Shop parking lot. Officers recovered a fake firearm, a knife, and narcotics, and all three suspects face multiple charges and court appearances following the Thursday morning incident.
