CT Magazine Names Margo Nielson 5 Star Professional Realtor

GLASTONBURY, CT - Margo Nielson, REALTOR and Accredited Buyers’ Representative, has been named a 5 Star Professional REALTOR 5 years in a row by Connecticut Magazine. Margo has been an area resident the majority of her life and a REALTOR since 2002. She formerly owned the Glastonbury Dance School, “Gotta Dance Studio”. The Five Star Professional research team contacted thousands of recent home buyers and sellers. Clients may submit evaluations online, phone or mail. Respondents rated their agents on criteria such as overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend their real estate agent to a friend. The research methodology allows no more than 7 percent of professionals to receive the award.

In addition to qualifying client satisfaction rating, the agent must have satisfied the applicable state licensing requirements, be actively employed as a licensed agent for a minimum of 3 years, favorable regulatory and complaint history review and satisfied minimum client volume or production on a one-year and three-year basis (number and volume of transactions of client households served).
