A big winner in a draw game came out of Glastonbury this week.
GLASTONBURY, CT — A CT Lottery vendor in Glastonbury had the right touch when it came to a recent draw game.
On Monday, a player named "David G" from East Hartford cashed in a $10,000 winning ticket from the Play4 game.
The ticket was purchased from the Stop & Shop supermarket at 215 Glastonbury Boulevard.
