Glastonbury Lieutenant On Paid Leave During Investigation: Report

Lt. Kevin Troy has been on leave since Feb. 7 so the department can investigate a motor vehicle accident, the Journal Inquirer reported.

GLASTONBURY, CT — A Glastonbury police lieutenant has been on paid administrative leave for over a month and a half so the department can investigate a motor vehicle crash, the Journal Inquirer reported.

The newspaper submitted a freedom of information request and found that Glastonbury Lt. Kevin Troy was placed on paid leave on Feb. 7 following a motor vehicle accident in Enfield.

Enfield police told the Journal Inquirer that the case is "still active."
