Glastonbury Obituary: Margaret Gamer, 82
Peggy loved to read at the shore, tend to her flower gardens, cook and dance during her younger years.

A tragic accident took the life of Margaret “Peggy” (Konicki) Gamer on Sept. 13, 2018.
Born on October 25, 1935 in Jewett City, the daughter of the late Peter and Stacia (Grabowski) Konicki, she graduated from Griswold High School. Peggy moved to Glastonbury in 1962 after marrying Louis E. Gamer.
She is survived by her husband, Louis, of 56 years, her children Gary Gamer of Windsor Locks, Peter and Laura Gamer of Cromwell, her grandchildren Holly, Hannah and Jeffrey, her sister Claire Hull of Jewett City, her brother John Konicki of Vernon as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Peggy loved to read at the shore, tend to her flower gardens, cook and dance during her younger years. Also a sports fan, she enjoyed watching UConn basketball, Patriots and Red Sox games.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday (Sept 22, 2018) 9:30 am at St Paul Church, 2577 Main St. Glastonbury. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery, Hopewell Rd, South Glastonbury.
