GLASTONBURY, CT β€” The boat ramp at Riverfront Park in Glastonbury has been closed temporarily because of low water levels.

Town officials made the announcement Monday.

Silting in the Connecticut River is also to blame, they added.

Barricades were being installed Monday to restrict access.

"The launch will be reopened when conditions support safe use. The town appreciates your patience and cooperation," officials said.
