Pit Stop In Glastonbury Turns Into Top CT Lottery Prize
It was more than a fill-up at a Glastonbury gas station this week as a top CT Lottery prize was cashed in.
GLASTONBURY, CT — A Massachusetts resident made a pit stop in Glastonbury, bought a $5 scratch ticket, and won $50,000 in the CT Lottery.
The unnamed winner is from Norwood, MA and cashed in the prize Monday, CT Lottery officials said.
The ticket for the Money Bags game was purchased at the Glastonbury Shell station, 2749 Main St.

The $50,000 represents the top prize in the game. The payout the fourth of five of that amount available in the game, which began in Sept. 2024.
