GLASTONBURY, CT — A Glastonbury gas station had the winning touch this week when it came to a popular CT Lottery scratch game.
On Tuesday, a player named "Richard M," who hails from East Hartford, cashed in a ticket for the 20X Cash 9th Edition game worth $20,000.
That's the top prize in the game, which features $20 tickets.
