Debris Closes 3 Lanes On I-95 In New London: UPDATE
State police said three lanes were closed for most of Friday but the highway is now fully reopened.

UPDATE: As of 6:50 p.m. the northbound side of the Gold Star Memorial Bridge has reopened. For more than six hours, three lanes had been shut down due to debris in the travel lanes.

Information via CT DOT:
NEW LONDON - I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 76 and 85 (5.1 miles) because of Emergency Road Work (Bridge Safety) between Exits 83 and 85. The 3 left lanes are closed.
WATERFORD - I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 76 and 85 (5.1 miles) because of Emergency Road Work (Bridge Safety) between Exits 83 and 85. The 3 left lanes are closed.
