Former Groton School Site To Be Sold To Developer Planning Large Project: Report

A developer is planning to build housing units on the 17-acre site of a former elementary school, according to a report.

GROTON, CT — The Groton Town Council has agreed to sell the former Pleasant Valley Elementary School property to a developer, according to The Day of New London.

The property sale agreement was for $800,000 to a Norwalk developer who plans to build a 300-unit multifamily housing project.
