Obituary: Nicholas “Nick” Anthony DiGrazio, Sr., 71, of Hamden

Nick, a loving and devoted family man and friend, worked as a truck driver for over 20 years.

HAMDEN, CT - (From Hamden Memorial Funeral Home) Nicholas “Nick” Anthony DiGrazio, Sr., 71, of Hamden, entered into eternal rest on November 22, 2021, the son of the late Giro and Catherine (Tordo) DiGrazio.

He was the loving husband of the late Barbara Jean (Braemer) DiGrazioor over 44 years.

Beloved father of Nicholas DiGrazio of East Haven, Elizabeth (Kenneth) Daugherty of Durham, and Mark DiGrazio.

Cherished brother of Eugene (Nang) DiGrazio and Paul (Karen) DiGrazio of East Haven.

Nick worked as a truck driver for over 20 years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday December 3, 2021 at Hamden Memorial Funeral Home, 1300 Dixwell Ave from 9:30am-10:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Christ The Bread of Life Parish (Blessed Sacrament Church) at 11 O’clock.

Burial will follow at State Veteran’s Cemetery, in Middletown. The family would like to say thank you to the staff of Montowese Health and Rehab Center of North Haven, and especially Glen, John and Brianna.
