3 Shot In Hartford Sunday, Saturday's Fatal Shooting Victim Identified: Hartford PD: UPDATE

HARTFORD, CT — One day after a man was killed at a Hartford social club on Saturday, city police are investigating multiple shootings on Sunday involving three victims.

According to the Hartford Police Department, officers were called at 1:16 a.m. Sunday to the area of the Parilla y Sabores, a Colombian food restaurant at 42 Franklin Ave., for a report of a person being shot.

Shortly after the report, a gunshot victim was reported at a nearby hospital who arrived by a personal vehicle, police said.

The HPD said the victim was in critical condition, and the Hartford Police Major Crimes Division and Crime Scene Division are investigating.

Later in the day, the HPD was called to investigate two other incidents in the city involving gunshot victims.

At about 3:30 p.m. Sunday, officers were notified of an adult male who walked into a hospital emergency room with a gunshot wound.

Police said the injury was "non-life-threatening" and he was in stable condition.

Then, at 5 p.m., a second adult male walked into the emergency room with a gunshot wound to "an outer extremity," police said.

This injury was deemed "non-life-threatening," and the victim is in stable condition as well, police said.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the shootings, and "it is unknown at this time whether these incidents are related."

Sunday's gunfire comes one day after a man was shot and killed at or near the West Indian Social Club in Hartford.

According to WFSB Channel 3, police have identified the victim who was killed as 20-year-old Isaiah Ahkeem-Molina of Hartford.
