Becker’s Hospital Review names Hartford HealthCare's Karen Goyette a “Chief Transformation Officers to Know”

Karen Goyette, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Hartford HealthCare has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review list of “Chief Transformation Officers to Know” in 2025.

Goyette drives systemwide strategy and transformation, building a partnership ecosystem that expands access, affordability, and innovation.

In 2025, her team helped to launch “HHC 24/7” with AI partner K Health, which delivers round-the-clock virtual primary care that has been used by more than 18,000 patients in four months.

Goyette accelerated retail and urgent care- which improves access to care. Under her leadership, Hartford HealthCare has added HHC-GoHealth centers, multiple Hartford HealthCare Medical Group sites, OnMed’s first airport clinic, and same-day clinics at Walgreens. This brings more affordable options closer to home and helps ensure Hartford HealthCare realizes its mission to improve the health and healing for all.
