Child, 2, Struck By Car In Hartford: Reports

HARTFORD, CT — A 2-year-old was struck by a car around 5 p.m. Thursday on Owen Street, according to media reports, including NBC CT.

The child suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Police are investigating.

The Hartford Courant reports that the vehicle remained at the scene.
