Hartford Real Estate Developer Hosting Massive Toy Drive
Parkville Management, which owns the popular Parkville Market in Hartford, is hosting a large toy drive for the needy through Dec. 12.

HARTFORD, CT — This holiday season, city real estate developer Parkville Management is hosting a toy drive for Covenant to Care for Children, a non-profit that supports local families in need.
Donations will directly impact the Parkville community, as the organization has provided social services from its headquarters at 1477 Park St. for the past 10 years.

"The toy drive aims to bring smiles to children aged infant to 10 years old by collecting simple, timeless gifts like Barbie dolls, Lego sets, craft kits, and other toys," wrote Parkville Management in an announcement.
Through Thursday, Dec. 12, community members are invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys at two locations in Parkville: 30 Arbor Street (first-floor commercial building's north side hallway near restrooms) and 2074 Park St. (rear main entrance next to elevators).

The toy drive seeks new, unwrapped toys such as dolls, Barbies, craft kits, puzzles, coloring books, Lego sets, and other toys suitable for children ranging in age from infants to 10 years old.
“Covenant to Care is one of our many commercial tenants that have a positive impact within our city,” said Carlos Mouta, chief executive officer and founder of Parkville Management.
The Hartford-based property management company owns and manages 1477 Park St., a mixed-use historic building just across the street from the company’s popular food hall, Parkville Market.
“This time of year is about giving, and we encourage everyone to come together to bring happiness to a child’s holiday,” Mouta said.
Parkville Management is a real-estate development and management company, owned and operated by long-time Hartford locals.
One of its most recent innovations has been Parkville Market on Park Street, Connecticut’s first food hall.
