The winning Play4 ticket was recently sold at a Windsor business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Windsor earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 22, Josaia Randolph, of Hartford, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Kiko Mart in Windsor and won $10,000.
