HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 1, Yekini Afolabi, of Hartford, purchased a Power 2X ticket from the Broad Street Mart in Hartford and won $20,000.
