HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 7, Mariana Ramos, of Hartford, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Sam's Food Store in Hartford and won $20,000.
