HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $13,020 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 21, Michael Smith, of Hartford, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Blue Five Corners in Hartford and won $13,020.
