HARTFORD, CT - A Hartford resident is $17,604 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 20, Pablo Figueroa, of Hartford, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Stop & Shop in North Haven and won $17,604.
