Man Dies After Fire; 3 Others Injured In Hartford Blaze: Reports
Five families — 10 adults and nine children — were displaced, according to reports.
HARTFORD, CT — A man died after he was rescued from a residential fire Saturday in Hartford, according to reports.
Firefighters responded to the blaze shortly before 2 p.m. on Fenwick Street, NBC CT reported, adding they found heavy fire on the back porches of the multi-family building. The fire also spread to a neighboring building, according to the outlet.
The man was rescued from the third floor in cardiac arrest and later died at a hospital, NBC CT reported.

A second adult and a child were taken to the hospital as well, according to WTNH, which added a firefighter suffered minor face and neck burns.
