Man Shot, Killed While Walking In Hartford, ID Released: Reports
Police said a man who was walking near a store was shot and killed on Tuesday.
HARTFORD, CT – Hartford Police said they are investigating a shooting resulting in a 29-year-old being killed on Capen Street on Tuesday afternoon, WTNH News 8 reports.
Police found the victim, who had been shot while walking by the JR Supermarket on Capen Street, News 8 reported.
Police later identified the man who died as Michael Starks of Hartford, NBC CT reports.
