Man Wounded In Late-Night Hartford Shooting: Police
The incident happened at 10:41 p.m. Monday in a Hartford neighborhood.

HARTFORD, CT — Local police are investigating a shooting late Monday night that wounded a man in his 20s in Hartford.
The Hartford Police Department said at about 10:41 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation near 141 S. Marshall St.
Upon arrival, officers located evidence of gunfire, police said.

Shortly afterward, Hartford Hospital notified police of a male victim in his 20s who had arrived with a gunshot wound, police said.
According to the HPD, the victim was alert and conscious upon arrival at the hospital and the investigation remains "active and ongoing."
