Woman Fights For Life After Being Hit By 2 Vehicles In Hartford: Police
A woman in her 50s was rushed to the hospital Sunday evening after the incident, with one of the motorists fleeing the scene.
HARTFORD, CT — A woman in her 50s is fighting for her life after being struck by multiple vehicles in Hartford early Sunday evening, one of which fled the scene.
According to the Hartford Police Department, officers at about 5:17 p.m. Sunday were called to an area of Wethersfield Avenue at Mannz Street for a reported motor vehicle incident involving a pedestrian.
When police arrived, they located an adult female in the roadway suffering from "significant injuries."

The victim, reported by police to be a female in her 50s, was transported to an area hospital for treatment and was listed in critical condition.
"Investigators determined the pedestrian was crossing the street when she was struck by two separate vehicles," wrote the Hartford PD.

"The operator of the first vehicle returned to the scene and is cooperating with police. The second vehicle fled the area."
The Hartford Police Crime Scene Division responded and assumed the investigation.
