$42 Million In Capital Projects At Stake On Middletown Ballot Questions

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Voters in Middletown are being presented with two questions on the 2025 municipal election ballot.

Both are capital improvement bond issues and both ask for a yes or no answer.

Here are the questions:

Question 1

• Shall the $9,500,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the Planning, Design, Acquisition, and Construction of Water and Sewer Improvements be approved?

Question 2

• Shall the $33,000,000 appropriation and bond authorization for the Various Public Infrastructure Improvement Projects be approved?
